Hello all.
Did everyone attend the lecture on smoking in week 2? I was stuck in Birmingham and missed it, and was wondering if any good issues were raised. I don't have a problem with smoking, however second hand smoke is an issue. I am behind the ban on smoking in public places as breathing smoke when you are a non-smoker is not only dangerous but unpleasant.

u didnt miss much on the lecture we were watching clips of old 60's movies with smoking scenes and how for the woman the fag is shaped like a cock basically and its enters the mouth...how smoke is involved with the mouth and sexual things like that mixed with Freudy stuff.. we just generally looked at the movie scene and why the characters smoke?... i dont think we managed to answer the question in the lecture.. but its an interesting question... dont miss this weeks lecture its on
